March 2026 PJB Business Development Workshop
PJB Business Development Workshop Fri, March 6 - Sun, March 8 Discount pricing till December 15th.
Each of the PJB Business Development Workshops is a unique and dynamic experience. This is so because the Workshop topics are submitted by our attendees and the discussion thereof is interactive such that each attendee participates and learns.
The March 2026 will be at The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Resort Hotel and is our eighteenth Workshop event. Each of our Workshops are designed to optimize the experience and education of our attendees. The Workshops are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday such that time away from your business is minimized. Our selected venues are family friendly resort type locations which allow our attendees to relax and enjoy the local amenities. Our meeting room is set up to facilitate an interactive conversation. Attendance is limited for this purpose.
Our Workshop day begins each morning at 6:45 AM with a full buffet breakfast. This affords sufficient time for each of our attendees to be in the meeting room when we begin our session at 8:00 AM. Coffee breaks occur at about 10 AM. Attendees are free to leave the room to take a call, or whatever, as needed.
Friday will be a special day at the March 2026 Orlando Workshop. A number of our attendees will be taking their ACE/BCE exam date & time to be announced. We have been proctoring these exams for our attendees for years now. In fact, the percentage of ACE/BCE professionals present may be the greatest at a PJB Workshop than any other Industry meeting in the country. Please note that we provide ACE/BCE exam preparation guidance via the PJB ACE/BCE Exam Preparation private group FB page. Exam proctoring is provided at no additional cost as a benefit to our PJB Workshop attendees and group members.
Each Workshop day is scheduled from 8:00 AM to about 12:00 Noon. We often go beyond Noon due to the nature of the topic discussions. The timing of about four hours each day is purposeful as it is considerate of adult learning and the law of diminishing marginal returns. Those who have attended multi-day conferences have experienced the fatigue and information overload which may occur after about four hours. This won't happen here.
We pack a lot of information in these 4+ hours each day but, the learning doesn’t end there. Our daily schedule allows for our group to network, continue business related discussions and share comradery while enjoying the local amenities together.
Our PJB group culture is different here for various reasons and has been enjoyed by our industry family members these many years. We have built a culture of industry colleagues which has proven to be lasting and beneficial for all.

This event was more than I could have ever imagined, the individuals I met and interacted with are literally some of the best in the world. Being able to sit in a room with those type of forward-minded individuals is priceless. As a young entrepreneur with very little business background, I know I have a lot to learn, and take each day as a learning opportunity. When I got on my plane to come down I was anticipating alot of pest knowledge, pest- specific approaches/ tactics which was worth the cost to me 10x over. as I board my plane to head back to Minneapolis, I’m reflecting on the weekend and realizing it went way deeper than that.
I connected with individuals on this trip at a level that I would consider unquantifiable due to the complexity of the info that was exchanged. We covered topics in class and out of class that stretched from East to West as far as business goes. I also had conversations that involved financial planning, work/ life balance, relationship management, parenting, exercise, and the list goes on...
Round of applause to you and your bride for putting together and executing something very special. Our industry needs more people like you. With this group I found that it doesn’t matter who’s “side” you’re taking, as long as they are right.
The passion and pursuit of excellence in the various individuals who are older than me give me a picture I can hold in my mind to strive towards... a barometer by which I can measure myself.
As long-winded as this email May be, I am still struggling to find the words that truly explain the impact I felt this weekend.
