Paul J. Bello is an award-winning expert in the pest management industry. He holds two prestigious entomology certifications ; the ACE (Associate Certified Entomologist) and the BCE (Board Certified Entomologist). He was Committee Member of the Year of the Florida Pest Management Association, named Pace Setter Award recipient at Zeneca Professional Products and received CPCO's 2018 winner of the Award of Excellence.
Paul's knowledge and dedication to the industry has helped in every aspect of the pest industry; advising with pest control associations, coaching pest control companies nationwide, and mentoring PMP (Pest Management Professionals) to help them achieve their potential. He also assists qualified pest professionals to study for, take and pass their ACE and BCE exams to attain their professional credentials.
In October 2025 Paul will host the eighteenth PJB Business Development Workshop at Pensacola Beach. At the 2018 CPCO Annual Fall Conference at Macon, GA, the first Wayne Weber Memorial Award of Excellence was presented to Paul Bello. During the presentation, it was noted how Paul, has donated much of his time to help CPCO and its membership succeed these many years. In fact, he had been an advisor to the association’s Board during the formative meetings and since its inception during the 1990s. Over the years he generously conducted continuing education classes for members, helped develop specialized seminars, created cooperative efforts with other organizations, including P.E.S.T. Relief International, and provided numerous training classes at locations across the State for the benefit of CPCO Association members. At the presentation of this award were his wife Mary Ann Bello and his Pest Control Technology college professor Dr. Austin M. Frishman.
